Vidalista, which contains tadalafil, is primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) by increasing blood flow to the penis. It is also used to treat symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). For heart disease, particularly for conditions like hypertension or heart failure, Vidalista can be helpful in certain cases.
It works as a vasodilator, relaxing blood vessels, which may improve blood flow and reduce the workload on the heart. However, it should only be used for heart conditions under the supervision of a healthcare provider, as it may interact with medications used for heart disease, such as nitrates, leading to potentially dangerous drops in blood pressure.
