Here are the groups of patients who should typically avoid Sildamax: Patients Who Should Avoid Sildamax 100 Mg Individuals with Severe Cardiovascular Conditions: Patients with serious heart conditions such as unstable angina, severe heart failure, or recent heart attack (within the last 6 months) should avoid using Sildamax, as the strain on the cardiovascular system during sexual activity could pose significant risks. Patients Taking Nitrate Medications: Individuals who are prescribed nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin) for chest pain should not take Sildamax 100 , as the combination can lead to a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Severe Liver or Kidney Impairment: Patients with severe liver disease or severe renal impairment may need to avoid Sildamax, as their bodies may not metabolize the medication effectively, increasing the risk of side effects. Hypersensitivity or Allergic Reactions: Those with a known allergy or hypersensitivity to sildenafil or any other ingredients in Sildamax should avoid taking the medication.
