Target Circle Card Account, Target Debit Card, Target Credit Card or Target(tm) Mastercard(r), known collectively as "Target Circle(tm) Cards", provide up to an extra 30 days beyond Target's standard return policies to return purchases made with them at Target stores or Target.com. Target reserves the right at any time to terminate or alter this program and its terms at will.
Target Circle(tm) Card extended returns do not apply to Target red card Optical purchases nor non-returnable items.
Contract mobile phones | Snap eligible items can now be purchased using both Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) and Target Circle Cards as payment.

It is the most popular retail card available currently available. Target offers everything at a reasonable priced, and you will find almost everything in their retail stores as well as online, meaning you will save on nearly everything. The card offers five percent discount for paying and you do not have to to exchange points or get cash or cash back, which makes this card extremely convenient and easy. I'd recommend that you only use this card for purchases in Target.
